• We except orders for weekends only. All days available are set up in the order form. 

• All orders must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and must be fully confirmed by 11:00 am the day before the event. 

• We can accommodate parties of 10 to 30 people only. In case you want to customize the order please contact us by phone at 778-840-6501.

All on-site staff members are paid a minimum of 4 hours (delivery and set-up time included):

• The rate for the delivery varies and depends on the service location. Please submit the form on this page and we will give you the quote.

• We require a 15-minute window for your delivery time to account for possible traffic congestion, vehicle complications, or other issues.

Depending on the options you choose, the per-person price usually includes your BBQ served in a buffet style, all the serving trays and chafing dishes needed for the buffet line, our mobile kitchen BBQ, and disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins.

• We require a 50 % deposit fee  (via e-transfer) after your order confirmation. There are several options for the remaining payment.

• The cancellation is available by 11:00 am the day before the event. In that case, we will return 25 % of the initial deposit back.

• We charge a $1.99 fee per person packaging fee on all orders. This is simply to cover the cost of the disposable boxes, bowls, containers, foils, lids, serving utensils, etc, that your order comes with.
